This is an awesome and effective shampoo. No fragrance so it didn't cause me any negative reactions with my sensitive scalp. Plus, I have fine thin hair and a lot of shampoos are too heavy for it—this is perfect though. Cleans my hair well without stripping. Def recommend.

This product was absolutely amazing! I could feel my scalp getting much needed relief from one wash. I have extremely dry skin plus my scalp and this shampoo moisturized it and cleaned my hair at the same time. Great pump too!

[California Naturals sent me this free sample through the BzzAgent sampling program.] I have some problem dry, flakey spots on my scalp. This helped more in one use than special medicated shampoos did. A lot less flaking and itching. Very mild scent, almost bland, which is nice. Easy to use bottle pump. Suds up nicely and rinses easily. Would highly recommend giving it a try.

As someone living in New England, I really struggle this time of year with the harsh winters and super dry air from oil heat. My scalp gets incredibly angry and itchy, and on top of that, I also deal with psoriasis, so finding something that actually soothes my skin feels almost impossible. I decided to try California Naturals Sensitive Scalp Shampoo after being asked to join as a reviewer and honestly, it's been such a relief. After using it, I've noticed a huge difference, I'm not constantly scratching my hairline or the back of my neck anymore, which is usually where I flare up the most. Before this, I was using another shampoo that claimed to help itchy scalps, but it had such a strong fragrance that I think it actually made things worse and irritated my skin even more. This one feels much gentler and calming, without that overpowering scent. Overall, this shampoo has been a great find for me, especially with how sensitive my scalp can get in the winter.

Thanks to BzzAgent giving me this shampoo to review. First of all, the packaging is so cute! I love the color and the design of the bottle. I always have irritated scalps and after using this product for 3 weeks, my scalps feel much better and my hair feels so soft. Good thing the shampoo contains green tea, which makes the to sooth my scalps. I wash my hair every other day, but it doesn't make my hair feel greasy at all. Highly recommended this product for someone that always has dry and irritated scalps. I have tried other products for irritated scalps, but so far i think this shampoo is worth every penny to try. And it works too! Im usually sensitive to the shampoo smell, but this shampoo is fragrant free so which is fantastic, I don't have to be picky about using shampoo anymore because this shampoo is my favorite now!

This shampoo feels like it's a good match for sensitive scalps that need a clarifying shampoo. It can be a bit astringent, though it goes very well with conditioner! I find it also makes for a fairly nice face wash. Never irritates my scalp, just be aware that it can have that "drying" effect on hair that you get from clarifying/oil removing shampoo. If that's what you're after, this is probably the perfect niche for you.
