Eligibility

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the return request must be submitted within 30 days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date, and the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Please don't send items back without first initiating a return through the portal.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@thecalifornianaturals.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please submit a return through the portal and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
