Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Returns are now self-serve. You can initiate your return directly through our returns portal account.thecalifornianaturals.com

  • A flat $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

  • Items sent back without first initiating a return through the portal will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@thecalifornianaturals.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item through the self-serve portal and place a new order separately once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the $5 return fee, within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at hello@thecalifornianaturals.com
